Well I hope everyone has enjoyed our first few weeks of preschool I have been having so much fun and I think all the kiddos are doing so good!

This week we have been working on the Letter Y and we have already gone through numbers 1-5, reviewed color yellow and the circle shape.

This month we have worked on the letter A, and X and the 4 year olds have been reading their small site word reader books and so far we have done I, See, ride and on and we will be reviewing these as well. Please have your child keep their books in their folders so we can practice at school too.

This week all payments are due (4 yr. olds $123.50 and 3 yr. olds $83.50) Monday I will be closed for Labor Day and I will be gone Wednesday and Thursday so each class will only have 1 day of school next week we will just be reviewing. (Tuesday or Friday)

Star of the week- Each student will have the chance to be the star of the week, they will fill out a poster and we will get the chance to know them better also that week day #2 of school they can bring a “show and share” item. This week they will be the special helper and line leader. Next week we won’t have one because we only have 1 day of school.

Themes and letters this month: 9/12- 16 S for Space/ Astronauts

9/19-23 Q for Quilt 9/26-30 M for ME (please bring in a baby picture of your child and we are going to play a game, not a NEWBORN but maybe around 6mon-1yr so they kind of can tell who it might beJ )

Color: Blue Shape: Diamond Numbers 5-10

Please have your child practice flash cards and have them tell you the letter and sound, and have them use their name practice cards each day.

When dropping off / picking up please feel free to walk into my house I’m usually busy finishing a story, cleaning up or starting lunch. Also try and get here as close to your start and end time because I only have 15 min. to finish cleaning, prepping and cooking before the next class arrives.

Just a heads up our first field trip will be October 3^rd for 4 yr old classes they will BOTH meet at my house at 9:30 go to Michael’s for a scavenger hunt craft trip from 9-11 and then we will go to Heritage park (by my house) for a picnic lunch and kids will be picked up there at 12:30. I will need at least 5 parent helpers and we may need drivers for a couple kiddos, I will be able to drive 6. The same thing for the 3 yr. old classes but on Tuesday October 4^th .

First day of school for the 4 year olds was 8/15/11

I think I may have gotten the smartest little ones in town.

We are having so much fun!!

First day of Preschool for for my little 3 yr old clsses,

they are all doing so well and having so much!

August 8,2011 we had our meet'n' greet with most of the new little preschoolers,it was fun to see everyone again and enjoy a yummy apple cupcake. I think it's going to be a great year! Thank you all for coming:)

Oh my goodness it has been so busy all summer! I realized I never even put up the pictures from graduation and here we are about to start another great school year at Kinder-tots! Well I'm sorry for the long delay on the pictures I'm sure you have wanted to see their adorable little selves. I will miss these kiddos and hope they have a wonderful kindergarten year.

Need parents help

So I am planning a field trip to The Dairy farm in Wildomar on April 13th. All classes will have to go together because you have to have at least 10 children in order to have a field trip there. SO I was thinking if I can drive 6 and I have 3 parents drive 4 we would have enough room to get everyone there and back. Would anyone like to volenteer? I will cover the cost of the field trip for all the students, but each person over 1 yr. has to pay $3(yourself and any siblings going). We will be feeding animals, seeing the cows and how they get milk and at the end they get a cookie and chocolate milk. It sounds like lots of fun:) I can't wait!
